# Publication of monthly statistics bulletin, annual statistics pocketbook and yearbook containing various necessary information of the country;


# Every ten years (1) Adam census (2) Agricultural census (3) Economic census and (4) Fisheries and livestock census management and publication of report;


# Determining and publishing Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and other macroeconomic indicators including growth rate such as: savings, investment, consumption, per capita income, etc .;


# Determining and publishing a monthly consumer price index (CPI) including food and non-food items used in the daily life of the consumer;


# Prepare and publish of monthly manufacturing industry production indices;


# Prepare and publish of foreign trade statistics;


# Prepare and publish of wage rates and wage indices for workers engaged in various occupations;


# Prepare and publish of statistics on production of various crops and amount of land under cultivation and land use;


# Prepare and publish of important health and demographic indicators;


# Collect, compile and publish information on infant nutrition and children's status;


# Prepare and publish Gender Statistics to assess the socio-economic status of women for development and empowerment;


# Prepare and publish information on the poverty situation in the country by conducting household income and expenditure assessment survey.
